Ohio
I figured since now everybody knows i live in Ohio I mind as well tell you a little about it. For starters it is the The thirty-fourth largest state by area in the U.S.,[18] it is the seventh-most populous with nearly 11.5 million residents. The weather here is unbelievably weird. it could be snowing one day and the next day its sunny and hot out. its really crazy and odd. But on the good side we never get any serious kind of weather like tornadoes and major earthquakes. So thats a plus. Also its right next to lake Erie so its a good view. Ohio is known as the "Buckeye State"so go Buckeyes. Yea! All of our sports teams in Ohio suck like the Indians and those dreaded Browns. The only good thing for know is LeBron James. But many of us are not counting on him to be here much longer. So Ohio is a very nice quiet state that i enjoy living in.
Issue 3
For all of you out there who don't know i live in a lovely state called Ohio. Its a very nice state. The weather and the sports team suck though, but other than that i have no complaints. So the reason im telling you this is that coming up on the ballot this year is issue 3. Which is to have casinos built in the major cities of Ohio. It has failed about two times already but i feel that this time it might pass, considering the economy here. I am of course in favor of it and will be voting for it. My entire family is also voting for it because we believe that it will raise money for the state. If you look at it many Ohioans would take their hard earned money and go out of state with it to like Detroit or Penn.'s casinos when they could be just going downtown to their own state and spending that money. Many people say that its bad and we dont need it but we do. It will help out so much. So everybody that lives in Ohio reading this make sure you vote YES on issue 3.

Fall season
This post may have nothing to do with America per say but i just want to type a little about the fall season. It is by far the greatest season of the year. First off its perfect hoodie weather. And who doesn't like to wear hoodies? Also its the time of year where the baseball playoffs begin.(not like the Indians will be there) but its till fun to watch. The leaves change colors and it doesn't rain too much and also there's no snow.(which is a great thing) Its the time of year for Halloween and of course Thanksgiving. A holiday dedicated to finding this glorious country tied up with eating lots of food. Also its the time of year for pumpkin pie and fresh apples. Yes thats right fresh apples. Life doesn't get much better. So i just wanted to ramble a little on the Fall season.
Health Bill
President Obama has done something that no president before him has ever done. He has gotten a health bill passed by the democrats. I still doubt that the bill will pass completely because we rely too much on the health care companies. I mean don't get me wrong i would love to have free health care for everybody but it just seems to unrealistic to have with a country this big. Then what, doctors would be technically working for the government like they do in Cuba and France? It works in those countries for the most part. Also Canada has health care. For right now though the bill has the support from the dems which is very important since they hold majority in congress. So its basically up to those dems to decide if they want it or not but believe it or not their are actually some democrats that do not trust in our savior President Obama. He is trying to do what is best for our country and this is a good sign. And slos for the people out there saying that since Chicago lost the bid to host the 2016 Olympics, that Obama is no longer a good deal closer are just crazy. Chicago lost to Rio de Janeiro.(which is in South America). There has never been an Olympics in South America so i think that its OK that they won.

Longer School Days
Finally a president whom wants to make kids go to school longer. President Obama wants to trim back summer vacation so students can spend more time in the classroom. This to me is a genius idea because if you look around the world every country has already done this, thus making them smarter than us Americans. Shocker i know. Students need to spend longer days in school actually learning and not just sitting there waiting for the bell to ring so they can go home and watch TV or go online and twitter about something pointless. In order to face these hard times we now face we are going to need more intelligent people to help solve the problem. People from other countries already embarrass us by coming to our country and taking all of the good paying jobs because unlike us they were spending more time in the classroom than trying to become popular in school. So im all for longer school days and I hope that it happens really fast because when i have kids they will be in school all day and have to read at least one book every month.
Texting and driving.
The Obama Administration is trying to set a ban on texting while driving. This sounds like a fantastic idea except for the fact that the government can't even control people from drinking and driving. Yes theres a law on it but when does that stop people from doing it anyways? Obama should be concentrating on other U.S. problems like the war we are in and the little problem with the economy and let the small local governments take care of the texting problem. He can throw his ideas out there for others to catch thats fine with me but he should focus on his other problems first.
